A platform for facilitating improved livelihoods and national development through dissemination of development information in a participatory/interactive and sustained manner.
The centre houses information on a variety of socio-economic enhancement needs, which is made available to rural and urban poor populations on request

• Promotion of functional literacy material.
• A social development promotion hub
• A hub for facilitating synergies among development agencies such as NGOs and CBOs as well as public and private sector organisations with development oriented programs.
• A development oriented data source
• A referral centre for development and poverty reduction and livelihood improvement purposes.
